MODULAR BUILDING
The USGBC’s LEED™ Version 3.0
2009 Building Rating System
Because there is a growing awareness of the
environmental benefits of modular construction for green

PLANNING
Renovate or Replace: Planning for the Future in a Recession

or new project. And more importantly, they can assist in
answering the “fix or not to fix” question in light of today’s
economic downturn.

care.
