• Broad Spectrum Disinfectant Floor Cleaner – An environmentally preferred neutral floor and hard surface cleaner that disinfects, eliminating bacteria, fungi, and viruses including HIV, MRSA, and Staph.  It cleans and disinfects without damaging floor surfaces, and leaves a pleasant, fresh fragrance.  Available in one-gallon bottles, five-gallon pails, and 20- and 55-gallon drums.

• Z-Verdant Auto Scrubber Solution – An environmentally preferred auto scrubber concentrate, it removes oil, grease and dirt from floors and most other washable surfaces.  It is biodegradable and contains no petroleum, solvents or caustics.  It is also non-flammable, phosphate- and butyl-free, and can be disposed of as non-hazardous waste.  It is available in one-gallon bottles, five-gallon pails and 55-gallon drums.

Bathroom Cleaning Products

Zep Professional products provide professional strength for tough restroom maintenance needs, with a range of products from heavy-duty disinfectant cleaners to glass, tile and bowl cleaners.  Products featured at ISSA/Interclean include:

• Z-Verdant RTU – An environmentally preferred, easy to use cleaner for use on multiple surfaces and tough soils.  It may be sprayed on any surface not harmed by water, and it easily wipes clean.  Z-Verdant RTU easily breaks down common soils, making it an excellent everyday cleaner.  It contains no harmful solvents or harsh chemicals.  It is available in quart-sized spray bottles and five-gallon pails. 

• Bioenzymatic Deodorizing Stain Remover – A biologically based deodorizing formulation that uses enzymatic activity to eliminate stains and odor-causing soils – including pet stains – leaving a pleasant, fresh fragrance.  It can be used on carpets, bathroom floors, or as a laundry pre-spotter.  It is available in quart-sized spray bottles.

• Broad Spectrum Disinfectant Cleaner – An environmentally preferred, ready-to-use germicidal cleaner and deodorant, it kills Parvo, tuberculosis, HIV 1, MRSA, and Staph and is also effective on mold and mildew.  The hospital-grade formulation conforms to CDC bloodborne pathogen procedures for environmental services.  It is available in quart-sized spray bottles, one-gallon bottles and 20- and 55-gallon drums.

• Clinging Shower and Tile Cleaner – A ready-to-use bathroom shower, tile and grout cleaner that is safe for use on most hard surfaces without dilution.  It contains a powerful combination of effective surfactants and chlorine to easily remove soap scum, hard water deposits, and most stubborn mold and mildew stains.  Its thickened formulation also makes it ideal for use on walls and vertical surfaces.  It is available in quart-sized spray bottles.

• Stainless Steel Cleaner and Polish – A water-based stainless steel aerosol polish that can also be used on other hard surfaces.  It leaves surfaces dry, with no oily residue and with a water-resistant shield that resists fingerprints.  It has a fresh lemon fragrance and is VOC-compliant.  It is available in 24-ounce cans.
